Itinerary description
From Sagada to Danum lake you follow the concrete road going up from the town. After a few kilometres you turn left, you pass next to the lake, the road becomes sealed. You cross a gate and shortly afterwards you take a path left, and you continue up through the bushes.
From the ridge of Mt Ampacao you have views on both eastern (Sagada) and western (Besao) side throughout a beautiful pine forest.
You come back to Sagada through Demang and Dagdag villages.

Beautiful place!
And very sunny!
I really do not know how Jacub got past the car repair shop somewhere 500 meter passed the lake. We were not able to find the track.
