Nothing much to say, it's worth going there, but you'll have to improvise a lot. Advice: go clockwise; carefully choose where to cross the river, do it before it enters the canyon, otherwise can be quite dangerous (be prepared for crossing: take either good gaiters or spare socks - if you don't have gaiters, do it in socks, it's far less slippery than if you do it barefoot). It's an interesting area without many traps, so you don't need to follow this track blindly. Paths in the area aren't well marked.
