Itinerary description
From Los Lagos (or car park on side road marked Cima de Montgo) follow easy track into barranco. Path zigzags up barranco valley wall, bit indistinct in places, look out for yellow spot marks and cairns.
**Phone location signal patchy in this area**
At top of the valley, track becomes easy to follow. Head right at T-junction, steadily upwards, then left turn up to Dénia cross. Take a rest and enjoy incredible views.
Head back down to T-junction, but keep straight on, long loop down to main road (CV735). Rough / stoney underfoot in places. Allow 3 hours each way unless you're fit and young!
