Itinerary description
Very good hike, particularly the descending stretch between the two sanctuaries. Not as spectacular as the 'coastal' route (SVA), but away from the crowds and free of charge. Ascent from Monterosso on steps quite strenuous and not very interesting, after that mostly nature trails. Following route 509, then 591, then 582 and finally 508, all very well marked.
