Departure from the parking lot in front of the Planinski Dom na Sviscaki. We immediately took the path with indications for Sneznik (2 hours). You go up quietly mostly in the woods, until you reach the clearing where the more decisive climb begins towards the refuge and the top of Mount Nevoso (lose a log to help the managers).
We reached the top (1796 meters) in 1 hour and 40 minutes.
To return to the crossroads we took the path on the right that leads to the crest of the peak of Piccolo Nevoso (1694 metres) and then descends rather steeply, first among the rocks and then into the woods until finally emerging on the dirt road that leads back to Sviscaki in just over 2 hours.
