Itinerary description

Mont Las...dont many people climb as path not well used.
At the village of Sost..follow to end of road and take the track up towards the quarry..past a few old ruins and i found place to park on tight bend.
follow the to the left ,past a small gorge. path winds steeply in deep forest...track ok to follow up untill the old ruin...(see photo and way point info ) after this point the trail is only animal track or worse thru deep growth..but can be difficult to find...arrive at the clearing with view over ferrier..you see the summit to your right..follow the ridge ..easy on grass and then more steep with rocks, i passed around the rocks on way up, but think better to climb over...verry narrow animal track and steep valley to one side..care to be taken if wet or muddy..after this a ridge climb to summit. but omlty small area to take rest..good view around the peaks

turning point

When you arrive at the ruin, do not continue up the hill as i have made on the track, follow the trail in reverse from here and turn right at the ruin and follow a very small , hard to find track that leads around the hill, follow up untill you reach a cairne..theb the small track is easy to follow .

    Path difficult to find...
    FOLLOW THE TRAIL IN REVERSE.....
I was a little lost on the climb as no cairns or markers..
Last few hundred mts of climb you need sticks and steep on both sides...
Not to climb in wet weather !!.

but the views are perfect of the valleys

You can or this trail
