Itinerary description

Pleasant and easy unofficial trail which leads to a picnic site with cold river and a waterfall. Beautiful views of surrounding hills along the way.
Near the picnic site there is small monastery Timiou Prodromou which is worth visiting as well.
There are a lot of other routes and deviations in case you want to make the trail longer.

TERRAIN: mostly dirt roads with a short asphalt part. Mild elevations.

SEASON: in summers is good for the 2nd half of the day, in cooler seasons - any time of the day. Mostly sun exposed trail with shade in the afternoon.
All year and seasonal streams may add to wet crossing.

SIGNS: no any signs apart from official direction ones. A couple of random benches.

KIDS: fine for kids of any walkable age, just mind the distance.
