Itinerary description
This walk starts at the large car park in the village where there are also a couple of restaurants and a visitor centre. The route is well marked and easy to follow. The route itself is fairly easy but when we did it the temperature was over 30°C, so it didn't feel easy. That's why we didn't climb to the look out on Cerro Gimio, which is also clearly marked. On this route we saw a lot of birds including bee-eaters and a booted eagle.
