Itinerary description
The first part of the walk is rather dull and the trail becomes narrow and difficult to find in places as you climb through the houses. After this it improves dramatically as you follow a stream and then pick up a wide track through cork forests. The final part of the walk is on concrete roads but with very little traffic.
