Itinerary description
Start at minthis golf resort with part of official trail and part we did it our selves. At some point path ends and you need to climb up to other path. Quite steep, need good shoes! Path to Ammati cave is hidden in the grass, but worth to go down to cave.

Did this today - bad decision ! As a 54 year old carrying extra insulation that scree climb was way too hard in 32’C heat haha. We should have turned back. Thankfully neither of us slipped too much, and were able to cool down again when we got to the orchard terraces. We took the shortcut back to Minthis so our walk was about 6km. Maybe a trail for winter !
