Itinerary description
the track can be taken as updated version of 10/28/2020. there were 2 updates:
1. xxgg2 replaced wang's slope. xxgg2 is more comfortable, flatter and less slippery. it's around 500 meters further east from wang's, and it's almost at the end of mini wutai. what's more, it's closer to xiaohun slope as well.
2. the trail i chose from hilltop of xiaohun slope was maturer than the previous one. it's actually half of that journey and it's much easier to make. you may either turn left to 4-tree trail or right one-basin-of-water at the exit of xiaohun trail. the distance to either of them is similar.
one point i may mention is that you are suggested taking the whole plank road when you get down to botanical garden, instead of cutting to natural trails as what i did, which was risky and hard to make.
it's the greatest season for botanical garden, gingkoes turning golden, cedars brown, incredibly beautiful.
