Itinerary description
Unofficial ECT (2017) from Topsail Beach Rotary Park (Topsail) to Laurie Road (St. Thomas). This trail is easy to follow, although there are multiple very short muddy sections in wet conditions. This improves greatly when the ground is generally dry, with the few muddy sections being sporadic and fewer than a few metres in length.
There is ample parking on the South end at Topsail Beach Rotary Park. At the North end, there is no room for parking at the end of Laurie Road (cul-de-sac), but it is possible to drive on a well maintained, somewhat steep gravel road to the coast in non winter conditions, where parking would likely not be inconvenient to local residents.
