Itinerary description
Short and nice trail to unwind. We started from a lower part close to waterfall and it seems to me to be much better way. The trail is actually linear but in any case you need to return back.
TERRAIN: So starting from the lower point you’ll be ascending and on the way back descending most of the time which is nicer. We went down to the waterfall on the way back, which made our finish point.
SEASON: Overall trail is pleasant going along Krio river mostly in shade. So it would be good in hot summer days.
Difficulty - easy to medium due to some steep elevation sections.
KIDS: Walkable with kids of any age.

beautiful trail. insane views. well prepared and signed. We were there in the last week of October. we started at the parking lot in Pano Platres and at the beginning it's mostly downhill to the waterfall. waterfall worth seeing. the way back was mostly walking out which took us 45 minutes. we walked with a four-year-old and a baby in a carrier and it is a great path even for untrained hikers, like us.
