Itinerary description
This is from Sunflower Cyprus Walking Book. It goes from Miliou up to the deserted village of Kato Theletra and returns. The tracks are good with some on surfaced roads. There is very little shade and some quite steep climbs.

Mixed thoughts on this one. The route is very pleasant, superb views but definitely not a route for a stroll.
As fit healthy experienced walkers we managed it in a reasonable time. There are several significant uphill sections that are either wet and muddy or loose underfoot , sure footed concentration and boots required. We did the walk in November and I’m sure the tracks , which are easy to follow , will be better but by then the heat could be a problem with the level of exertion.
In summary , a great walk but does require a not insignificant level of fitness to enjoy properly.
Correction: I’m sure the tracks will be better by summer but by then ......

Potentially excellent little walk. Caution: Trail is sometimes closed, perhaps due to landslides... Kid friendly.
Nice hike, not so easy. Pay attention that after the winter, and most probably in summer too, there are sections you need to pass through some thorny vegetation and this can unpleasant.
