Itinerary description

Moderate during non-snowy conditions. Starting from Mikro Papigko, passing through the Astraka refuge camp on the way to Drakolimni (Dragon Lake). No cell signal after the camp. There are 2 paths, the quickest one I think is the left (as the sign shows) but I took the right because I could better distinguish the frozen parts of the lake. On the last couple of miles we had an escort of 5 bucks on our left side. Lake was frozen so didn’t see the alpine dragons. Amazing views all around, highly recommended.
