Itinerary description
Fall hike on a loop trail over to Gould Lake. Some road walking is required and the parking is somewhere between bad and non-existent.
The hike is also a little trickier than most in the area with lots of short but steep climbs followed by similar descents on the other side. Give your self plenty of time and a hiking pole is recommended for this one. No wildlife spotted but lots of mica lying on or near the trail.
Several good look out points and on a sunny fall day it was really beautiful!
A little tougher than most but I think it is worth it!
