near Florerrcia, Departamento de Antioquia (Republic of Colombia)

I started this walk at the Metro station La Estrella. Unfortunately I started recording a bit later but the starting point is easy to find. From the station walk toward were the busses are and then walk left.
When walking up the entrance is a bit difficult to find because at this point there are multiple gates. Look for the green one with a sign above it stating private. The first part was a bit muddy but good enough to go. The route is taking you up to some powerlines and a barbed fence were I had to crawl under need to continue the trail. While continuing the trail I arrived at what looks like a water treatment plant. The trail bend to the left but you need to go to the right, clime the barbed fence and stay left following the fence toward the water treatment plant. From here it quit easy to follow the trail. Just before the coffee fields there is a place that you have to go to the right if done well you see the coffee trees. Keep walking and you find a place were you see a Y split right side is continuing flat, left is going up steep over a small ridge. Take the left here and walk up over the steep ridge. From here it’s all about enjoying the trail nice views and beautiful trail are bringing you toward the point were you have to make a U turn to the right. I recognized this part because off a sign on a tree that said no motorcycles allowed. Go to the fence (there was a horse with a baby when I was there) and go right again towards a metal fence what you will find after a while. Now continue your walk towards the town of Caldas. I stopped walking in the town called Miel and took the bus to Caldas. You can find this bus there were there is a yellow bridge over the river. If you want to continue walking to Caldas stay on the right side of the river and walk for about 20 to 30 minutes more. In Caldas you can find a bus in the center that takes you to back to the Metro station El Estrella. I found this a moderate trail that was good to do.
