Itinerary description

Walk along road from Megali Mantineia to the main road at Kriskios then follow the road to Xaravgi.
Walk up to the castle for a look round and panoramic views across the Messinian Gulf.
Back down to Xaravgi and turn left to take the road and track down to Mikri Mantineia.
You can have lunch in one of the tavernas there and a swim before catching the bus back to Megali Mantineia (14.40 ish).
