MUNRO:
Meall Nan Tarmachan ( 1044M)
Date Climbed: 18/06/2022
Having set out to do the Tarmachan Ridge Loop, once at the summit of Meall nan Tarmachan, we felt the wind was too extreme for safe passage ('blowing a Hoolie', as one colleague stated!). Having been thrown about on the summit ridge by the extremely high wind, we decided it would be a safer option to return by our ascent route, to the Car Park. A less extreme wind on another day in the future, to complete the Ridge circuit awaits .....
