Itinerary description
A circular walk from Mazée at the Belgian-French borderland. A nice mix of views on the valleys of Meuse and Viroin, walking along Viroin river, through forest, fields and old village of Mazée.
Most of the time you follow blue losange marked trail, except that at km 0.1 you turn left on a path going uphill to have a view of Mazée (you rejoin the blue losange at km 1.1).
At km 1.4 you turn left to follow the border trail that offers views on both sides, with more spectacular ones on your right (the Viroin and Meuse valleys).
At the end (km 7.5-7.6), when you go back to the village of Mazée, the path is at times very muddy.
