Itinerary description
It's a 11 century church (Surb Astvatsatsin~Holy Mother of God), situated in the hills, near Solak village in Kotayk region of Armenia.
To reach there you need to pass Bjni and take the highway near Solak. You don't enter Solak village.
This trail may seem difficult at first, but then it gets easier and very nice, as you pass through the forest of amazing juniper trees. Sometimes it may be really windy there, and the church now is under construction, but still you can enter it. There are candles, and you can light them, if you want, and leave some coins, which will return to the church someday as candles :))
There are some other ways to get to the church.
