We sleep at sea level, then climb to over 4000m altitude.
Rando not technical at all, but very very hard due to lack of acclimatization.
We walked up and down by car (we hitchhike because there is a road that goes up to 4000).

Nous sommes montés à pied et redescendus..... À pied
Pas dur l'altitude se fait sentir à 4000 mais la montée est très progressive
Il faut effectivement prévoir une séance d'acclimatation
Par exemple le trail du Mauna lea cabine qui monte à 3000
