Itinerary description
Tour from hostel Buena Onda but can be done virtually from anywhere in the city center.
First part in town goes up through popular neighborhood's up to a cabin where a guard is supposed to be there to charge you 30c but nobody was there at 7am.
Then the way is wide and not too steep until the last flock of 199 stairs to the cross.
On the way down the path is a little bit more hike like, narrow and steep with nice boulders.
Straight back to the city center, the way I took goes through the porque Dario, Carlos Fonseca museum, coffee museum (free) and the cathedral back to the hostel.
