This is trek if you start from Masarait A Rawgeh side. As the wadi is surrounded by high walls of mountains GPS doesn't work hence the distance tracked by wikiloc app is not correct.
The actual distance will not be more than 6 km. The average time taken to complete this trek will be around 2-3 hours. Please note there will be no mobile signal during the trek hence prepare accordingly.
