Itinerary description
Trilho pedestre bastante difícil. É necessário bom equipamento - boas sapatilhas, mantimentos (muita água e hidrato para endurance) e atenção á temperatura. Em tempo de sol, muito complicado. Em tempos de chuva, mesmo que seja fraca, o terreno fica muito escorregadio e o caminho é feito na maior parte do tempo em ravinas.
Volta perfeita para apreciar a geologia do sul da França. As "Calancas" são a principal característica desta região.
Trilho incrível pelas paisagens e praias. Existe a possibilidade de visitar e permanecer em algumas praias mais isoladas com muito boa atmosfera.

Quite difficult footpath. Good equipment is needed - good shoes, supplies (lots of water and hydrate for endurance) and attention to temperature. In sunny weather, very complicated. In times of rain, even if it is light, the terrain becomes very slippery and the path is made most of the time in ravines.
