Itinerary description
Maro
Start and end in Maro parking lot. Going this way is easier to follow. Always look for blue dots. There are many alternate trails that don’t lead anywhere. It is a beautiful and varied route which often is following the highest point during the first half. After the ruined cortijo there are two ways down. We went for a while on the main trail then turned down right and followed that trail back. Towards the end there are people living in tents and a cave. Well worth a try!
