Itinerary description
A nice getaway from the crowded old town and port area.
The hike starts and ends at the aptly named Marjan restaurant. It has great food and local wines.
The hike is pretty self-explanatory and you could do your own iteration.
Did you know the Venetians deforested the trees on Marjan to build their ships. The hill was re-forested in the late 19th century.
There are lots of lovely views on this hike - go late afternoon or early morning for beautiful light.
