Itinerary description
An afternoon hike in the Marej of Baskinta, the highest pine forest trees of Lebanon.
The hike is generally an easy loop that cover a good part of the forest, mostly on dirt roads.
It is suitable for all hikers of all levels and ages, who want to enjoy an easy calm beautiful walk in the shades of long pine trees.
The forest is ideal for camping, biking, walking and running. Please keep it clean.
Sadly, hunters can still access the forest and leave their garbage behind.
