Itinerary description
Trail Information:
🚩 Located at Kundadang, Sabah
🚩 Level of Difficulty: Easy 3/10
🚩 Start and ended at same trail head
🚩 Weather: Sunny & Chilling
🚩 Out & Back hiking 6.66 KM in 2 hours
🛺 By 4WD: 15 minutes
↗️ Ascend: 40 minutes
➡️ Rest at Peak: 20 minutes
↘️ Descend: 30 minutes
Extra Information:
✴️ Park your vehicles at Maragang Eco Tourism Association (META) Office. Register yourself and meet your guide here
✴️ Then you will transport by 4WD to trail head. From META office to trail head by 4WD took about 15 minutes
✴️ From trail head to Maragang Hill Peak one way distance 1.3KM took about 45 minutes to 60 minutes, and vice versa
✴️ Bring 500ml of water, snacks, jacket. Do bring headlap if you opt sunrise package
✴️ The trail and facilities and well maintained by the community. Good job!!!
✴️ 3 washroom available at the whole trail. One at trail head, middle and at 1.3KM.
✴️ Recording start from META office to Trail Head, Peak and stop at Trail Head
Permit & Guide:
📝 Yes. You can register online and pay deposit of RM 50.00 to secure your slot. Fees depending on number of headcount
🥷 Yes needed. 1 guide to 5 hikers. Will arrange by office one you registered
