Difficulties: Moderate with short steep part of ascending and then descending. Mostly it is hiking on well seen track. There is some wet terrain on the top.
Features: Very nice view over Killarney, Torc Mt and McGillycuddy Reeks. An area near the lake is the best one as a place for picnik break.
