Itinerary description
A nice short 2-hour-escape partly following the LMT (Baskinta- Mtein) and the LMT side trail (Baskinta-Kfardebiane). The small river crossing is not particularly difficult but tricky because you have to find your way on the rocks. If you want to avoid it, follow my other trail posted in the region (mamboukh - Saydet el Khelle- Wadi el deleb). The views all around are magnificient (Baskinta valley, Sannine, Mzaar, Zaarour...).

Great walk well indicated until you get to the river crossing (about half way). We got stuck in the thorns and could not easily find a passage. Eventually we walked a bit to the west till we reached a pond and crossed at that level. This took a while to find out.
