Itinerary description

This was a long hike. But a beautiful one. You can start anywhere in the town. We walked along the shore of the river mouth, into Croajingalong National Park and along the Narrows /Captains Creek trail and on to the Double Creek trail and up to the the road where the Double Creek nature Walk is.

The downside was the long walk back along asphalt. Next time I'd start more in the centre of town and do a there and back walk. The nature is beautiful in spring - so many wildflowers, far more than I've seen elsewhere. There is some bushfire damage, but things are growing back and definitely shouldn't stop you doing this beautiful hike.
