Itinerary description

This is a supposedly circular trail but not fully honestly as there's some backtracking from the highest peak Obosnik, yet the walk can be done from Tici or Klinci and in any direction. I decided to start in Tici going up towards Obosnik as the first part is a steep ascent that I wanted to avoid descending. Once you get on the gravel road (Vinograci) the trail goes right to Obosnik and left down to Klinci. The very peak is a military post and therefore no trespassing so careful not to take any roads going right, just go straight as far as possible. It is fine to go through the tunnel that used to be a rocket storage during ex-Yu times. The views along the way and at the end are very nice, Herceg Novi and Tivat bays, Vrmac, Lovcen, Mamula, far end of Croatia etc. Walking back down the gravel road for 5km takes you to Klinci and another great viewpoint but from there on back to Tici is asphalt road, a bit of a bummer but cute little villages and landscapes on the way..

Not experienced hiker, had a first hiking… First kilometer of difficult steep rocky accent. From there your sight can easily reach Arza, Zanjice bay and Mamula, short walk through wood, take right turn and easy way to the top on rocky road once made by Yugoslav Army. Reachable top is not that with antennas but another one. There is no opportunity to see both sea views, open see and Boka bay. After the top you have easy long ascent coming back to Tići, finding nice Orthodox church of Saint Trifun on the asphalt 45’ from my hiking, I took car and did not turn of this application.
