Itinerary description
Nice circular walk partly on centuries old footpaths. The hike starts in Makrades at the tourist shops. Here you can buy very nice honey! You walk first through the village of Makrades and olive groves to a spectacular view on Ag. Georgios. Then you walk to Krini and then via a nice old footpath to the entrance of Angelokastro, an old castle which can be visited. Through olive groves you walk back to Makrades.

Lovely route through varied scenery, and "pit stops" at tavernas in Makrades, Krini and the castle in the south. Do not miss the short extension in the north west which opens up stunning views along the coast.
