Itinerary description
Radohima rises between the Shala and Cem Valley. The massif of the Radohima has several other peaks with Maja e Radohimës at 2,568 metres being the highest peak of the massif. To the east, the mountain drops steeply over 1,500 metres into the valley of River Shala. The other peaks of the Radohima massif include Maja Tat 2,543 metres, Maja Visens 2,517 metres , Maja Reshkullit 2,496 metres. We start from Buni I Bajraktarit and went little bit up and after that down to the neck of the sheep path (Qafa e shtegut te Dhenve) for 2 km. In this point we did not follow the classic path because in winter is too dangerous cause is very exposed to avalanches and we deviated in right and up until we arrived in the neck between 2 peak the Twins of Thethi and Boga (Mark & Zagora). We descent down and right until we finished in the Radohima pits. From here we start ascending towards the neck of the Radohima. After that we deviated in left in the ridge of the mountain that is very exposed with 60°-70°. Around 30 m elation from the peak you will face a big rock that you have to climb with crampons. So, you need to have good climbing skill and a rope to be safer especially during the descent. For all the route we need to use ice axe and crampons.
