Itinerary description
Livadhi Mountain is a located between Dry Mountain and Irgu peak. The peak of the mountain 2493m is not visible from the road where we started the trail. This is a difficult hike and does not have any sign at all but we put some pile up stones nearly in all the distance but do not go without GPS. The distance from trail points up to the summit is roughly 5,2km with an elevation gain 1490m, in total 10,5km. It takes 3-4 hours up to the summit and 3 hours to turn back. So, the average slope is 29°. At 1.7 Km you have two option to go up, one is strait for 550m and left but it is quite steep at around 50-60°( https://www.wikiloc.com/mountaineering-trails/maja-e-livadhit-2493m-59275601 ) better to follow in winter as snow path and the other option is to turn right and to continue up with a gradient max 30-40°. The trail on fourth- and fifth-kilometer pass through some points where you need to climb for 1 or 2 meters and you have to be attention from rock falling. From the peak you will have a magnificent panorama around.
