Maja e Gramozit(Cuka e Pecit) 2523m
Maja e Gramozit or Cuka e Pecit is a summit in the border between Albania and Greece. There are two routes going to the peak. Route from Starje village and Route from Rehove Village. We followed the route from Rehove, altitude 1160,which is located 2.4km from Erseke. The first 1km is unpaved road, then the route just goes as cut short though the unpaved road. There are some routes that goes left and right but we followed the route that goes up. The trail proceed for 5.9km up to crest than we continued for 3km walking on the crest till we reached the summit. On some parts of the hike the slope is more than 60%.
Technical difficulty is moderate with an elevation gain of roughly 1600m. Distance up the summit is roughly 8.9km. It took us 4h to reach the summit and 2h45 to descend.
