Itinerary description
Mount Ceku is a Moderate + hike. From the top of the mountain, you can see from one part the Ionian see, the mountain range of Cika from one part and Gribes from the other and down the valley of Shushica. The trail starts from Brataj, a small village. The road to reach the start point is paved. After the start you have to pass a small field and to turn in the left and up. This section is full of bushes as the local do not use this part. You should across up this section and follow up also a sheep trail until you will see a olive grove. At this point you have to turn left for at least 1.5 km until you will catch the stream of the dry river. After passing this part you should pass thru a territory full of small of mountain stones. At the end of this 5.6 km from the start you have to choose, if you want a challenge hike you can go left throw a rocky landscape and if you want moderate hike, you can go right that we chose to descent. From this part until you catch the ridge of the mountain the slope is very high. I recommend to go with gps device because do not exist any path to follow.
