Itinerary description
Short walk that leads to a few grinding holes used by maidu indians in the area. This is state land, but there are often cattle roaming about so be aware of that. There are many kinds of sharp, skinny rocks protruding all over the place in this area, quite a few oak and quiet rolling hills. Looks like it'd be a great place to have a picnic (well, besides all the cow patties). The area is open to hunting September to February. Rated moderate only because it's not 100% flat ground.
