Itinerary description
The Maiala and Green Falls track is one of the closest rainforest walks you can do to Brisbane. The track is well walked and easy to follow. The start has a good size car park and toilets and picnic areas.
In the past there was considerable signage along the way point into the types of trees that are prevalent in the area however overtime many of these signs have worn.
Following the trail down the mountain the track hits it's outer reaches where Green falls descends at the top of Cedar Creek. There are a number of stairs which descend down to Green Falls. This track also includes the Cypress loop and the return via the rainforest track.
A great beginners track to learn about rainforest and available walks.
