I started at the parking lot. The trail is not suited for people that are not fit at all or are not used to walk up steep hills. If you go in the summer time, be sure to take plenty of water because it gets very hot and there is no place to get water. If you plan on leaving your car at the parking lot, make sure no valuables are inside. The place is quite far from the main road.
