Itinerary description
Levada Caldeirão Verde is one of the most famous and traveled in Madeira. It's an easy walk with a few tunnels (dont't forget your flaslight). As you can see the photos the lake and waterfall are spectacular.
The walk from Caldeirão Verde do Caldeirão do Inferno it's more diffucult and bit dangerous. There are a few parts with no protection and also you have to "climb" some big steps, the terrain is not that great. But the end is also very nice.

Sorry the total vertical gain is really +3400m...? it doesn't seem to be right...
