Itinerary description
Very nice and easy up to Shiv Mandir Temple. After the flat part it gets too impervious and intricate to move on

I did a part of this route during the Irshalgad-Prabalmachi trek last September. The trail from the Irshalgad-Prabalgad ridge to Shiv Mandir goes through dense forest and often moves perilously close to the valley. Midway between the ridge and Shiv mandir lies a gully known as the Poinje south route/chincholi vaat to the ruined Mahadarwaza (Main entrance) to Prabalgad but a recent landslide had buried the trail when I did the trek.
Overall a nice hike all year round till the Shiv Mandir.
