Itinerary description
E4 from the Paradisos Hills Hotel, Lysos, to Stavros tis Psokas.
The hotel is a good starting point and is accessible by bus from Polis.
The early part is on the not-very-busy ordinary road up to Stavros.
The E4 is mostly on forest roads, so cyclable and a bit hard on the legs.
If you can get someone to drop you/pick you up at the Aftoulina crossroads (where the E4 returns to the main road) it will make the walk shorter and you retain the more pleasant parts down in the valley, protected by trees.
We then stayed at the Guest House in Stavros and walked on to Pano Panagia the next day (see walk "Stavros-Panagia".)
