Itinerary description
I tried to scout a circular route in the beautiful forest mountains of the Lützelgebirge, being as natural as possible and encompassing all the major hills.. The route is about 31 Kilometers long and has an ascent of about 1290 meters. 4 % of it is on secondary roads with tarmac, 20 % on graded forest roads, 53 % on mostly litte used earth tracks, 12 % on existing narrow trails and 11 % trackless in easy to negotioate mature broad leaf forest. It would be difficult to do all of it in one day.
