Itinerary description
This is the first trekking stage from Lukla on the way to Zartwa La, Hinku valley and eventually Mera Peak. The distance is very sort and can be easily covered in the afternoon after a morning landing in Lukla.
The track also features a short but nice acclimatization walk on a ridge above Chutanga.
Chutanga is a very suggestive place. Lukla is no longer in sight from here, and you feel already quite isolated, but it may happen that down in the valley you hear at times the noise of some isolated afternoon flight.
