Itinerary description
Beautiful hike, but it is not easy.
The steep ascent and descent and the distance was not easy.
Extra difficulty is that the a few km long you have to go between huge boulder.
Some place areas are full of stones.
There is also some rock-climbing (without the need of ropes) is involved.
There is one place where you pass in a cave-like place where the entrance is about 1m high.
More or less the same as https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/lower-nahal-zeelim-21014675 but we did it in the other direction.
Our total time was 8:15 hours including breaks for lunch and resting. Net hiking time was about 7:15.
