Itinerary description
Follow the trail towards Anopoli. Just after the gate turn left. Going up and after a while the path split. Go to the left.
When you reach a concrete road turn right and the path continues after 50m.
Going up to Livaniana (blue marking) where there is a self-service cafe. After Livaniana there are two descends to the Aradena gorge. The first one gives 2km in the gorge and the other gives maybe 1km more.
Follow the gorge to Marmara beach (good cafe/restaurant and nice beach for a swim).
Follow the E4 coast trail (black/yellow marks) back to Loutro (or take the boat). Many tavernas/cafés along the E4.
