Itinerary description
Qortâda has now become our refuge, 30 minutes from Beirut only. All seasons. Hiking, MBT and trail. You may even encounter wild animals if you wake up early.
This was a sunset hike. Do not worry about the dogs at the entrance. They will bark for a minute or so and then calm down. You can park right after the farm.
Please take few minutes to review this hike.
Keep nature clean.

Great hike! Still had a nice breeze midday in Aug. sunset would be amazing. Well maintained. Is that middle part part of a Roman trail??

A bit tricky to find the start but lovely walk, relatively clean and well-maintained, which we did with a baby carrier.

Excellent hike! Had no problem finding the start point and easy to do.
One question: the stoned path through the olive trees mid-way, is it an ottoman upgrade of the Roman path?
I am glad you liked it. I would say it is but I am not 100% sure.
