Itinerary description

Night ascent to Trem summit and then over Suva's ridge descent to village Vrgudinac.

The trail is marked as very difficult since requires the extreme physical and mental condition. We started at half past midnight from village Gornja Studena and trail was finished after 19 hours of night and day walk. Since on Suva planina no water you must be very well prepared and took at least 4 liters of water. I brought six liters.
Also, decent form Divna Gorica to Vrgudinac is very steep and two mountaineers fell with serious injuries - broken leg and serious ear damage.

great trail description, thanks. I am planning to do this as a 2 night solo camping trip, so i appreciate the notes about water. Also do you recall if there be mobile phone reception on the mountain?

    Hello Dylan

    Thank you.

Be aware - translation of Suva planina is Dry mountain. Water sources are:

Bojanini izvori (near mountaineers hut) please check trail https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/ll-niska-banja-bojanine-vode-over-mosor-and-hawks-stone-18375836

Second ( I can't confirm if it's drinking water) is the place named Rakos cesma . For Rakos cesma exact location please check https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/beziste-rakos-smrdan-divljana-odmaraliste-24232419#wp-24232430. Rakos cesma is approx. 5.5 km from Pasarelo and 12-13 km from summit Trem. Last source for water is village Vrgudinac end of track.

As summary you can find water in:
    Niska banja (Niska Spa),
    village Koritnik
    Bojanine vode
    village Vrgudinac

    Distances
Niska banja (Niska Spa) Bojanine vode is approx. 30 km
Bojanine vode - village Vrgudinac less than 30 km.

Regarding mobile phone perception I think that there is no problem.

    Best regards

Hi and thanks for the info!
I have read some sources that at Pasarel there is a water well located just below the top of Smrdan
    /
do you know anything about this well?

    Hi Dylan.,

It is probably Rakos cesma. At Pasarelo per my knowledge exist one unfinished house but without drinking water
